The children excitedly created Christmas cards and postcards for the elderly. We sent them off to residential homes around the country using the Postcards of Kindness scheme on Facebook. 

We sent the cards to: Kidderminster, Whitby, Cambridgeshire, Barrow Upon Humber and Pennine Lodge in Carlisle. We also took a couple of children to hand deliver some to The Knells.

The residents at The Knells were delighted to receive the cards and enjoyed having chance to chat with the children. They talked about how much they had enjoyed their visit from our school choir and one lady said she couldn't find the words to express how much the cards meant to her.
