This week has been Children's Mental Health Week. At home and at school we have been thinking about ways to look after our own wellbeing - ways to keep our minds happy, healthy and comfortable. The theme this week has been 'Express Yourself' - exploring how through expressing ourselves in our own individual way - be that through art, sport, nature, books, writing etc. we can help to keep our minds healthy.
